Fair Use

I believe fair use is a every day example that should be followed in the world today! The world today is all about using an inspiration for something else to benefit someone else. The idea of fair use being used towards flims help us understand boundaries, something we have known since we were kids. We can't do this or can do this! This world is all about labels, money, actions, entertainment, cars, music and more. If we didn't have laws, rules, fair use, copyright plans, where would we be and why would we want everyone to be there own person? Two examples I have for fair use and where it may be produced would be in all the scream movies. Those movies have points from all other movies, but set its own standards to make you laugh. They re use it to benefit a different point of the same side. I think this is good to be non biased towards something, but like everything gets to be a bit much. The movies may harm ones opinion to a good movie. Another example where it is produced is with youtube flims. The youtube flims may tend to be cultural, educational, or just funny. The videos are used to create a different side to an agrument or to approach the same conspect of the video, but edited to help someone understand it better. If it is cultural or educational, one may be needed to rephrase certain settings to help appear to the right audience.

The already good mash up that would be my favorite would be when Beyonce's single "Single Ladies" is redone to be Barack Obama with the flag in the background. He re uses the tune to say his own rules and his own idea. It is a good fair use video because it doesn't copy Beyonces message, it sets its own, but doesn't edit the orignal music or offend it.
